    OK so I would not have gotten my butt out of bed to do the tape if I had not told you all that I was going to. It was raining and cold here this am and so nice to stay in the warm bed. BUT, because I made the statement to all of you, I got up and did day one. I won't lie it was rocky. I am totally out of shape and have over 100lbs to lose (won't all be before the wedding I know). However, I got through it and did most of the moves. I thought I was going to puke at one point but it isn't because I couldn't do it just cause I was out of shape.

    Bring on the burn! I am going to do this!! Thanks for the support ladies. I am going to need it!

      Finished my day 3 of Level 1 yesterday.... ouch.
      Those lunges will be the death of me! I will squat all day long, but those lunges kill me!
      Feeling good though - 3 days of eating healthy and shredding with Jillian!
      I hope this soreness eases up a bit though!

      I can only do two "real" pushups! haha Sticking to the knee ones for now.

        the "press" in the squat and press gets me everytime, weird underarm/side muscles are sore I sure hope the soreness eases off too!

        working on the healthy eating - cheated a bit during a family dinner last night, but oh well, back on today!

              Day 7 of Level one tonight! I have lost 3 pounds so far! pumped!
              (17 more to go!)
              Definitely not AS sore as the first few days, but Jillian is still kicking my a*s!
              I have made a great playlist and I turn up the tunes during the workout to keep me motivated.

                Hey ladies, well after all the reading I've done in this thread, you have me convinced!!! I've been looking for something to add to my regular gym workouts to give me an extra boost in these last 7 weeks before my wedding. :) I'm pumped to try it out tonight!!!

                  Okay, so I bought my weights and got the vid last night and I tried it first thing this morning -OMG! Wow! she really does kick *ss!! I love that it's a short intense workout too, I need every second I can get with all the wedding plans that need to be finished! :)
