I tried Hip Hop Abs, within just a few workouts I noticed some definition in my abs. Definitely a good cardio workout

Day 4 today - 3rd time this week (I know the-thanks-for-the-very-interesting-information-flags are flying in the wind lol but it makes it easier if I write it out somewhere). It was easier today again and I could probably have done 1/2 of level 2 as well but I was too lazy. I made a deal with FI that if he goes for a run then I have to do the 30 day shred workout and it really helps, bc he is so much better at just get up and get going than I am.

Lua: I'm trying to 3 days a week too. I just ordered my wedding dress on Monday and ordered the smaller size, so now I have double motivation! I'm gonna do it tonight and try to do some extra ab work as well.

I initially did the 30 DS 5-6 times a wk when I started at the 1st of June.  By the time I finished all 3 levels, I had dropped 2 sizes!!  Woo hoo :)

Then I started my 2nd round of the 30 DS and I added Jillian's other DVD no more trouble zones.  I do this routine 6 days/wk.  I alternate the 30 ds with nmtz every other day.  It is totally kicking my butt but I am 2 mths away today so I will suffer through it bc the results are outstanding!!

That part is hard for me too. I use 3lbs weights, but have to put them down in the end and just lift my arms like I'm still holding them. My shoulders have always been my weak spot. I was out of town yesterday & today so need to get back on track soon.

I'm terrible at that part too! I use 5 lb weights and I have to just hold one in both hands. I've gotten really good at level 1 otherwise, but I'm too lazy to move on to other levels, lol.

good to know i'm not the only one that finds that part hard. I did day two yesterday and then went our for a speed walk after where I somehow messed up my back. Well its not my back its the joint where my tailbone meets my hip. it feels like a nerve is pinched and I could hardly make it home it hurt so bad! So today i will take it easy and see if it gets better.. i'm alittle sore but not too much.

    • OMG these are incredible! Seriously blown away by the thoughtful detail you have put into every aspect of your gifts, your guests are going to be amazed! Props to you for adding so many personal touches and putting in so much time to make these gifts amazing!
    • These bags are amazing!! You are so organized and detailed, I am so impressed! I LOVE the Vistaprint stuff you ordered, the logo is so cute, I love your personalization!
    • I love etsy!! It's a great place to find personalized gifts without such a hefty price tag. I was thinking of getting my bridesmaids personalized necklaces with their names on them. I found these ones that are affordable and you can pick the chain length and different fonts, so you can really make them your own and pick what you know each bridesmaid will want. https://www.etsy.com/listing/595334072/personalized-name-necklace-stainless?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=personalized necklace&ref=sc_gallery-3-9&plkey=a8662525c53ec285c1b46b0f308162d0591edff8:595334072
    • Hi everyone, I am so happy that I am getting married to the love of my life. He proposed me and we are getting married within in a couple of months. And I have started preparations for my big day. I am super excited about a lot of things and also worried about many things.I have some inhibitions about my face and skin. Since I am a working woman, I have never got much time for personal care. This is the right time for it now. I need  proper medical grade skin care. Want to improve my skin tone and texture  I read some details about it here, https://www.mcleanclinic.com/nonsurgical-procedures/non-surgical/skin-care/, and found it really helpful. Can anyone of you suggest me some more tips? Like what I can do at home to have a glow on my face?  Thanks in advance.
    • I think you should approach the dentist. That would be the best idea as of now.
