So my dress and my moms dress for the wedding are strapless and since we have to be in Mexico 4 days before the wedding we am nervous about getting tan lines does anyone have a good remedy for this. I really don't want tan lines in the picts.

I am just going fake tanning for 3 months before hand to get as dark as I can before we go. That way there will be minimal tan lines! Only thing I can think of other than that is wearing tops that are strapless the whole time. Going tanning beforehand will keep you from burning too though.

Well, I've spent the Summer (when I'm not at work) in a strapless shirt or swimming suit. (My wedding dress is also strapless) I have NO tan lines for my dress, but the whitest boobs you'll ever see LOL. I suggest the first 4 days you're in Mexico, (and any other time you can be in the sun before the wedding), to wear something strapless and then after the wedding you won't have to worry about it.

I hate the way those 'bandeau' tops look... I dunno about you girls, but my boobs look like oranges in socks in one of those tops...

my solution is to wear at all times before the wedding a strapless top, on top of my regular bikini, unless I am in the water, I am wearing that strapless shirt - like the ones with the built in bra from victoria secret....

ps... that isn't me... that would be a pipe dream

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
