I agree- it was a little out there. But then again, the original 90210 wouldn't be accepted by today's (teen) audience. At least I don't think so. It would seem too much like an after school special compared to our current over sexed tv shows.

They did always have a message but this one kinda did too. Ethan wasn't played out to be the cool guy getting head and hooking up with all the chicks. It showed how his actions impacted others.

A school I worked at had a storage area under neath a set of stairs and we found condoms in their multiple times (hey at least they were using protection right!) and another time a teacher caught two students in the auditorium.
I also have known a few teachers who have lost their jobs for hooking up with students, it happens more often than you think.
With both my parents working in a high school- my dad being a principal, this is definitely not shocking. And as for teacher and student affairs- unfortunately, it is all too common. What pisses me off is that some teachers just lose their certification in a particular state and can go to a new state and teach there. I've seen that happen a few times too.

So I watched it last night and LOVED it.

 

My FI was watching it only cause he was working on his laptop and sitting with me.

 

I can't wait to see how the story line develops.

 

I did think how crazy it was how hot the teacher and principal are.

 

I am so excited about this show, it was good.

Okay I finally watched it after DVR'ing it a couple days ago. I hate to admit it, but I loved it!!!

 

Loved the grandma.. she was awesome

Loved the hottie teacher that likes Kelly

The storylines kept me interested but I thought all the "good and right" message stuff would just not ever really happen in real life.. a bit tooo hokey

The actors who play Annie and Ethan are both canadian.. just like Brandon is from the original.. yay! :)

his name is rob estes and he's been in tons of stuff. his name was kyle mcbride on melrose place, and he's been in so many tv shows i couldn't name them! check out The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) for the whole list.

so clearly I am out of my mind because I watched it again last night (Ainsleigh went down really early and I actually had some free time). So I figured I would watch it again to make sure I wasn't just overly excited on Tuesday, anyway I still liked it and in fact got a little more out of the story lines when I rewatched it...so its official I am hooked.

 

anyway, I was looking for some sneak peaks and spoilers (again first time I have had some free time in a while) and found this site for those of you who might want to know more about the cast

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
