Weird places to loose weight.

    I'm loosing weight in my..................... HANDS. WTF?

    I've lost 4.5 lbs in the past 2+ weeks. But where you might ask? Oh, my hands. My e ring is super loose and it now even fits on my right hand... which it was never even CLOSE to doing before. Weird. Guess I'll have to make sure my photog takes lots of pictures of my svelt hands.... ha!

      Seriously, weight needs to not be lost from breasts and hands first- that's just silly. If I could request a place it would be my thighs... :)

        i can't beleive you are holding back & not posting pictures of your sexy hands :)

        I'm on a mission to lose 7 pounds, I just hope they come from my love handles & inner thighs instead of breasts, hands, feet...

        I know if I'm retaining water my fingers are the first place I notice (because of my ring). Have you cut down on sodium while you lost weight?

        I never knew how much my hands fluctuated until we got engaged. They get puffy while I hike.

          My husband always loses inches first in his wrists, and they are fairly small to begin with. His watch will start rolling around at the first sign of a diet.

            i lose in my hands too - but it's mostly water weight lost. i love when my fingers look slender and skinny instead of looking like the sausages that they really are.

              i lose weight too in the places i dont want too. i always try to lose weight on my lower body, mainly legs, and when i diet or workout, the weight comes off my upper body, like my arms, chest, face, and i look wayyy too boney and skinny. and its annoying. i need to get a workout or diet plan that focuses just on my lower bod. i want to lose 5-10 lbs in my legs and ass total and NOT lose anything up top, but maybe even try to gain up top so im fricken proportioned. so if anyone has any tips, post away. now im mad. hahahah

                I ALWAYS lose in my hands and feet first! It is super annoying! I would certainly rather it be in my tummy or thighs, but even my face would be better than my hands!

                I never lose anything from my chest...The girls are here to stay!

                  A girl in my office measures how much weight she has either gained or lost by looking at how much that bone on her wrist sticks out... She told me this the other day, and didn't really get it. So rest assure, you're not the only one :)

                      I noticed the same thing with me when I gained weight a few years ago. I had always been on the skinny side and I wore a size 5 or 5.5 shoe. Then I had gained weight and my shoes didn't fit. Then when I would buy new ones, they'd be like a 6.5!!! Then when I lost weight again, went back down to my regular. Body works in mysterious ways.
