    So I just bought a scale and I think I'm going to cry.
    I'm too afraid to be someones buddy because I can barely remember to keep track of myself - I don't want to drag anyone down with me! Although I guess I'm technically going to be T&N's buddy since we're sisters & talk all the time!
    Alex, you better be my buddy & I'll make sure you don't reach for that cold beer too often xo

      Good job girls - now all we have to do is keep this motivation up! It's so freaking hard at first to change my eating habits - but I went to the gym and did some cardio and lifted some weights to get these sausages that I call arms back into shape!

        Yeah, so the whole no beer thing didn't work out so well. I gave in & let myself enjoy an ice cold Coors Light & after staring at beer ALLLLLLLLL day long, it felt amazing to have this one! YUM!

        Tamara I tried to call you tonight, but nobody was home. & your answering machine usually makes me laugh too hard to leave a message. I'll call you next time I need someone to slap the beer out of my hand!

          I think there are 2 payments still "pending" in my PayPal that should clear soon. So that would be $30 more, plus I think there are a couple that still need to wait on confirmation from PayPal. But right now the jackpot is at a whopping ...

            Yari - I'm with you!! I gained 2 lbs just since Monday - my god, what is that all about!!! I'm doing WW, gym and this - so hopefully those 3 things keep me motivated. Wedding is in December....which is still 4 months away, but I've already been engaged for 1 month, and seem to be going up the scale not down - YIKES!!!!

                Planning on doing 40 minutes of cardio tomorrow morning around 6 am along with abs. Not looking forward to it and i hate the scale especially since i have my monthly visitor.

                I ate healthy all day and counted ww points but then dinner went to @#$t. I had 2 glasses of wine and way too much pita bread at the amazing greek place down the street. Tomorrow is a new day.

                On the upside my weight should be down next week because I usually gain around 3 lbs this time of the month.

                  Yeah I didn't start off so good...I was supposed to go workout out yesterday...but yeah, that didn't happen. My eating habits are the hardest thing to get in control. How much is weight watchers Nikki gave me the book, but I can't seem to keep up with it...I need professional help.

                  I hate to say it, but it's only day 2 and I already feel kinda defeated...

                    Keep thinking positive ladies. I know, easier said then done. We can do this. The motivation you all give is awesome. FI and I went to a buffet last night. After I reviewed all the choices I actually thought to myself....you can do this right. So I did. Kept away from the fried, blah, blah, blah. Did enjoy a beer though. Normally I say there is two beers in a night...the first and the last...the ones in between don't count. I did not say it was sound philosophy but it is what it is. Got on the treadmill this morning, so far so good. Hope you all have a great day!

                      I am about to go do some yoga! It will be my first time.
                      19 adults/3 children with flights booked! 10 rooms booked!
