    no headache yet. They usually creep up about 1:00 the next day for me. Chinese for lunch. Can I get more gluttonous. I should be banned from this thread until I get my act together. :)

      Obviously my semi excuse for my slight weight loss last week was accurate. I was not expecting to have the weight loss of the week, but wow! Now I better kick it up a gear and try to keep it up!

        Congrats, Erica!!! I would love to know what you are doing to do so well. I have been doing cardio 4 times a week for 30 mins and strength training 3 times a week. I am also eating a big breakfast first thing in the morning and then setting a reminder on my phone to eat every 4 hours. So far in 3 weeks I have lost 5lbs. My ultimate goal is to lose 1lb a week, which will make me very happy til I hit 10lbs lost. This is so exciting. I wanted to tone up and shed a few pounds on my own. But this makes it a lot more fun:)

        How much have you lost overall?

        I am not wanting to lose a lot because I have my dress but need to shed like 10lbs and keep everything tight. I don't want to pay to have it altered.

        My biggest goal is to be tone, so I feel great in a bikini in front of all my friends for a week, but losing a few lbs along the way will be wonderful.

        Best of luck to all of you and not only with the contest but with feeling like a million bucks when you step into that dress you will all look so HOT in.

          NO you should not be banned, you will get back on track sometimes it just takes a couple of cocktails to do it they are my BIG downfall every weekend I think there goes all my hard work.

            I put part of my weight loss this week to last week which reflected less than a pound weight loss. On Thursday I started my monthly, so I was probably down more than what the scale showed.

            All together I have lost 8.2 lbs. I was able to do this just by drinking lots of water, no pop, and eating smaller portions and trying to cut out the junk food. As for my exercises, I have been running after my kids, and I was also working 5.5 shifts over the weekend that were really busy and I was on the go the whoile time!!! Oh yeah, I was also doing dance revolution on the weight loss setting!

              Well, my first bachelorette party is tomorrow so I'm hoping I don't gain too much but I'm going to have to eat to make sure I don't pass out or get sick :)

                    Does anyone have suggestions for breakfast foods? Im sick of the same ol thing. Oatmeal, fruit, yorgurt.

                      I hear you. I have been having 1/2 cantaloupe with lf cottage cheese and some melba toast, or an egg white omelette with lf cheese/veggies/ww toast, or toast or small bagel with laughing cow light cheese( spreadable) and tomatoe slices....

                      Those are some options when I don't want yogurt.

                      ..on another note- I really want frozen yogurt right now but I knwo I shouldn;t cause I already had 2 glasses of wine.
