Delivery of OOT Bags?

We will be there 2 days earlier than most of our guest, so I can assemble them and hand deliver to their hotels and ask that they give to them prior to check in...

Thanks for the template!! Dreams in Cabo charges if you ask them to deliver the bags to the room, so I am just leaving them at the front desk and asking them to give to everyone when they check in - I think it will be a nice touch for each to get a bag as they check in. If I'm not there before people, I'll hand deliver them.

Excellent ideas everyone!!! Baybug I'm stealing your idea to include where you are staying on the rsvp card. I'm already having them add a song they want to hear at the reception so it's gonna be a big rsvp card, but that will work!

 

I'll pass them out as I see the people and leave the ones at the desk for people staying at my hotel. You all freakin rock, thanks for the feedback!!!!!!

I wish I could have included the arrival date and stuff on our RSVP cards but most people are waiting to book

My problem is that I'm arriving on the same flight as the majority of my guests! Once we arrive, it will likely take me an hour or two to unpack the items and put them in their bags.  Because our group is so small, I figure my FI and I may just deliver them door to door and hope that people are still in their rooms! The only problem may be that people will have fled their rooms and run to the beach....
