Thanks Kerry!  Yeah!  I have been reading all the posts for about 2 weeks and I am learning so much. 

 

I had a question about the set Gold wedding package.  Does anyone know if you can substitute some of the items for other things?  For example, we were thinking of doing a private reception and would rather have a cocktail party instead of  the semi private dinner at Spoon which is included in the package. Has anyone done this or were able to make substitutions to the set packages?

Knowing how half the ATVing trips end here when dudes are involved, I'd give it a swerve.  Golf?  Suduko?  Strippers?

They would not let us substitute things, so we ended up going with the Free wedding, and adding on what we wanted. And it ended up being cheaper in the end!

I am sure this has been asked before, and I think I knew this answer a while ago (excuse my wedding-cooked brain!) What is the main difference between the Pearl and Silver package? Is it just the dinner on the beach and group brunch? It seems like such a significant price difference.

 

Can you still hold a private banquet with the Pearl package? I have asked my WC, but I am sure you ladies will be much faster than her at responding!

I saw somewhere (not sure if it was this forum though) about the mention of doing beach olympics... does anyone have any more info on this, ie what exactly is it, how much, etc? I thought it sounded like it might be fun!

I am not quite sure, but I knew what I wanted and added it up "a la carte" and then compared it to each package, I too am having a private reception, and none of the packages seem to make sense for me (not using their photographer/DJ...) and I was sure they wouldn't let us substitute...so didn't bother asking!

In the end, the free wedding package made most sense for us.

Hey ladies.

 

Quick question for all you past and future brides out there. Are you getting a DJ? I think I may just want to spring fro the Amplifier for $250. Does it come with a microphone?
