For all of you that are doing welcome bags with a type of cup/tumbler, how are you transporting them down? Just as a checked bag or did you order them through the resort? We have about 75 people attending so I can't imagine how I will bring 75 cups with me without having to pay quite a bit more in checked bags.

Wow the yellow in silver/grey look beautiful and pulled it off very well at the wedding. Did you bring your own sheers or are those Azul's and how did they secure the parasols down to prevent them from flying away? It looks very cute did a very good job!
I am thinking about doing a rose petal aisle for my sky deck wedding, since it is so windy up there I am not sure if it's even worth the extra $110 since they could potentially blow around everywhere. Has everyone that had a wedding on the skydeck just left the aisle as is or has used the rose petal aisle?

we brought our own sheers and the crystal curtain down there with us. we had a photo of they way we wanted the sheer and they duplicated it exactly! they coordinator down there (Bernice was excellent!) met with us and went over all the details with us. she tied the parasol to the chairs and then untied them after the ceremony so we can take pics with them.

I have been looking for sheers to bring down next October but I haven't found any. Where did you find yours?
