Hi guys,

Do you plan on tipping your photographer? If so, what's considered an appropriate amount? I read that 15% was standard, but not sure if it differs for destination weddings. I want to be sure I do the right thing, but at the same time, I am already paying that huge vendor fee and I'm not so certain I can afford to shell out much more.

my photographer worked with me on the vendor fee- so I'm definitely tipping her. I'm thinking 15% sounds about right.

For our welcome party, I am putting together a fun conversation starter since many people will not know each other. I will have a small framed signed "How Do You Know The Couple" with stickers for the guests to wear.

I created four stickers:

1. Graduation Cap (Know from college)

2. Tree (for family)

3. Sombrero & Maracas (With my date/Here for the party)

4. State of MD/State of NY (Where we are from)

In total we have 8 different stickers, four in Navy for Chris, four in Mint for Lauren.

Just printed the stickers on Zazzle.com, they are 65% off for Black Friday. They came to $1.73 per sheet of 20 with the discount.

I can't figure out how to add an image here or else I'd show them... can anyone help?

Super happy! Just went to the door (in the middle of a blizzard), and was met by a delivery.. My bags from wedding chicks arrived! I ordered them on the pre-black Friday sale... So 50% off and they worked out to be $3.25 a bag because I ordered more than 20... They are perfect!!! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1417212670.298234.jpg

I use tap talk... But even on main computer you should see a plus sign with a logo for a picture ... Click that and upload.

Here's the doc I made to print and frame. Stickers will be displayed in front at our Welcome Party.

@@LaurenR that is a brilliant idea! I just might use. BTW love zazzle!

Thanks Carrie! Another bride (friend of mine) did something similar over the summer and it worked out really well!

Mango in the chevron and pink in the writing... Our colors are ombré pinks so it worked perfectly and the words don't stand out too much which was our hope!
