Oh my... I was so excited about doing my own cake topper... ordered a shit-load of Swarovski crystals (of which I've used only a fraction!) and this is the result... Let's just say I'm way too many $$$ into this 'project.' =(

It's in serious need of some help! I ordered some more, smaller crystals to attempt to fill in the gaps between the larger ones, but that glue is an absolute nightmare! WTF?!

I'm guessing that doing it all in one sitting might be key?! Do I pick them all off and start over?! Am realising why these things cost what they do! My monogram cake topper looks like ass!

    HELP!!

Alright, WTH am I doing wrong?! Where did the little "insert picture" icon go?!!

Sandra, I have the pictures in photobucket! I wanted to upload them but damned if my little "insert image" icon hasn't got up and left! What happened?! Did they change the procedure for uploading pics and no one told me about it?!!

you just have to copy the img code from photobucket (should be listed under your pic) and just paste directly into your thread.

Thanks, Stacey. But it really doesn't. =(
It's those gaps! (as seen in #2) I know it'll probably look okay from a distance, but up-close, there are glaring spaces and crusty glue! It looks like ass (as previously stated!)

Sounds great... to say that you made your own cake topper and it's "Swarovski crystal." Another story if anyone looks at it close-up...
