I have signed a contract with Jaime Glez, a Mexican photographer. She didn't say anything about a vendor being local or not. I'm confused. My WC is Aurea

When I was married there they didn't care where the vendor was from, if they are on the property doing some type of business they either have to be guests for 2 or 3 nights minimum (depending on the time of year) OR you pay the fee. We had a photographer and a videographer and so we had to either pay two fees or get two rooms for two nights each, the two rooms for 2 nights each was just over $600 total so this was much more worth it!

Hello! Is there a vendor fee to bring in a hair and make up artist?

I am using The Best Moments for my hair and makeup and my WC told me they have an agreement with this company so I do not have to pay any vendor fees for them.  I assume there are fees if they do not have an agreement with the resort but not sure what that is.  I would check with your WC.  Here is the website for them if you want to check it out, I have read a lot of positive feedback about their services and airbrush makeup.

Question regarding how to pack and travel with wedding supplies safely and securely!

How have others packed your wedding supplies for travel to Mexico? What worked and what didn't?

Would it be best to pack it all in one suitcase or divide it up between our bags? (I have read some things about only being allowed a certain dollar amount of goods per back when going through customs in Mexico)

We have all of our canvas OOT bags and stuffers including mugs for 50 people, paper fans and parasols for the ceremony and then my dress/his linen suit...

Also, I have travel size sunscreen and aloe for our OOT bags...I am afraid of these exploding or leaking on the flight...what have others done?

Any feedback on the best ways to pack and travel with these items would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Past brides, I chose the strawberry package and now deciding on the menu. Does anyone have suggestions? We were thinking of going with the shrimp and avocado salad, French onion soup, surf and turf and chocolate mousse. Also any recommendations on the cake?! Thanks in advance!

Hi Ladies, I know the answer should be on here somewhere but can someone tell me: A. How much is it for guest who stay at another resort to attend wedding B. how does the resort know they aren't guests C. How do I politely encourage guests to stay at Barcelo and/ or avoid anyone else from booking at another resort!!!! Thanks for your help!

                  Hello girls,

I need help! I'm debating over hiring a DJ, my main concern is I also need MC, and someone who can organize games during the reception. Have you used anyone in your wedding that you can recommend? if you only used a DJ, did he also organized all the games, and MC speaches etc.Thank you in advance for all your wonderful help!
