    hey guys I am a little bummned becuz i am leaving for the Barcelo in 33 days and Xhail hasn't responded to any of emails in the last 2 1/2 weeks and I called her today and asked her to email me some of the things I had asked and she still hasnt. Could someone please send me the menu options? also, does anyone know what the options are for canopies for the ceremony, and how much extra it is to add on? thanks ladies!

        The menu was too big to upload so I posted the PDF of the menu for the Strawberry Passion package on 4shared.com for anyone to download. Hope this helps! If someone wants to send me the menu for the other package I can post it on the download site as well. sfrench0621 at gmail.com

            Hey Ladies!

            I was just wondering where everyone is having their reception? Is anyone using the Coral Grill? I am in love with it for my decor but Xhail says no one can use it for a reception

              Aw, that stinks. I'm having my reception in the Mariachi Grill and I know the Palmeras Grill is also an option. What is different about the decor in the Coral Grill? Seems like if the grills only host lunch, I wonder why you wouldn't be able to use it That stinks.

                Diamondpooch - what made you decide to have the reception at the Mariachi grill instead of Palmeras? I just haven't seen either so just curious of the differences.

                  The Palmeras wasn't available :) hehe.

                  Idk that there is a huge difference, mostly the location, possibly size and maybe a difference in decor. I'm going to send Claudia an email for her to send me pics of the two so we can compare and I will post them.

                  Where is yours?

                    Victoria told me you had to have greater than 150 guests to be able to use the Coral Grill, but that must be some kind of new rule because I've seen photos of weddings from this year, with what looked like 30-40 guests having their reception in the Coral Grill.... As far as the difference, The Coral Grill has nicer more modern decor, wood floor vs tile, nicer light fixtures, it's just newer...If you see the pics of the gazebo, to the left is that round topped building just off the Coral beach, that's the grill....

                      Mine is in Palmeras. Since we are staying at the palace I figured that would make sense. However, I know very little about the layout or other options as I haven't seen any pictures. But we are flying down there tomorrow night for our site visit so I will try to take as many pictures as possible. If there's anything in particular you want to know, let me know and I can ask (although we might have different coordinators). I'll share my pictures as soon as I get back next week.
