Congrats on the decision to do nutrisystem! Did the lady you bought them from say how much she had lost? Cant wait to hear what you think of the program. I am always looking for an easy alternative.

But I know you will do great on it! Its all about portion control. You know what I did that is helping me lose weight now? Once I was done eating some of the food I would wash the trays and keep them. I also did Jenny Craig and I liked the Jenny Craig food so much better. But maybe you'll like the food. Good luck I'll be cheering you on!

I wanted to try it out first, but if it works for me, I'll order it online.

She lost 25 lbs! But she stuck to it, of course.

Portion control is soooo hard, I agree. Sounds like a good plan, I wish you luck Leia!!!!

So this is my third day on it, and I've been sticking to it. FYI, some of the food is really bad...and I'm not a reallypicky eater. For example, one of the breakfast meals is eggs that's in powder form. You add water and nuk them....one word....DISGUSTING. I threw it out. I had their maple brown sugar oatmeal instead, which was yum-o.
