I have somewhere from 40 to 50 guests and I need to find a way to get them all out to the Valley of Fire for my wedding. I booked with the las vegas wedding company and they do offer to transport people but I was going to see if there was anything more reasonable or any unique ideas. Any good companys that do stuff like that? Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!

I'm thinking about booking with the las vega wedding company...what made you decide to go with them? Did you find positive reviews?
I love the luxury RV thing they have...For the rest of the party you can rent a limo coach that carry 20-30 but you would have to rent 2...
i just checked some of the websites that I saved and one has a bus for 55 people for only $125/hour!
here's the link...

I would also check BellTrans, and Lucky Limo. I am not sure of their rates, but I know many brides use them to transport guests.

Mine is at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson Nevada and I am going to book transport for my guests soon. The concierge at Ritz Carlton at Lake Las Vegas gave me a referral of one-way from the Lake to the Strip of $154 with AWG Tansportation Company for their 35 passenger bus.

WOW! That is really expensive. I think you would be better off getting 2 smaller limo coach type vehicles. You would save at least 50% off what they are quoting you.

I would love to book a valley of fire wedding
It looks like an amazing place to visit let alone to be married in. It will be just me and my husband-to-be so I am looking to keep costs very low. I am looking for an intimate ceremony and lots of pictures at the VOF and on the strip as well. I was looking at booking with Scenic Las Vegas Weddings but can't seem to find too many reviews on the company which makes me nervous. Has anyone used that company, been married in the valley of fire, or just have any advise for me?
We are also considering getting married in our room at the Venetian but I feel like that could be awkward? Or at a chapel but am afraid that could be too cheesy?

I am sorry that I cannot help with the booking of the wedding. But, I have been to the Valley of Fire, and the location is absolutely amazing. A wedding there would be beautiful. And, personally, if I had to choose between that and a chapel or room at the Venetian, I would go to VoF. But I love natural settings...
