      I wish I could work out in tha am but I get up for work at 430 as it is. Any earlier and I might as well just stop sleeping. On weekends I work out in the am though - so at least that is something.

        Did upper body and cardio on my wedding workout video last night, then me and one of my BM's ran 3 miles this a.m.

            that is a great article! I am NOT a morning person, but I had to take my FI to work this morning...I decided to get a cup of coffee and go to the ocean. I saw 3 dolpins and a 4ft shark less than 10 feet from the water's edge! It was beautiful watching the sunrise....I thought about how much I take the early morning for granted! I want to start getting up earlier and doing this, maybe running on the beach!!

              Oh wow - running on the beach would be so nice in the a.m.! I wish I lived by a beach. I have to run through a neighborhood full of construction...not so nice to look at.

                I did 35 min on the treadmill last night and some arms - not enough arms, but some.

                    I ran 2 miles yesterday after work. Felt good!! Worked out this morning with Denise Austin!! So I'm feeling good and sore today.
