I'm doing the program C25K. It's a great program. The best part is that it's only 3 days a week. I run M-W-F normally in the morning. I love it and feel great after doing it. I do want to add some weight training but haven't yet. I have a Bosu ball but just haven't used it yet.

Sprinted/walked/jogged on the treadmill for 35 minutes.

1/2K nice swim yesterday to stretch out my shredded muscles, back on it today tho, 30day shred here i come....

Friday - 60 minutes on treadmill for light jog
Saturday - walking and climbing hills with FI in park
Sunday - my day off
Today- no lunchtime class , but I will do a 60 minute dvd tonight.
- I ended up doing the P90x Core Synergistics Monday night

I went back to my personal trainer this morning! He's set up a weekly routine for me, so I should be exercising a whole lot more from now on!
60 minutes this morning: cardio + full body workout using weights and my own body weight
