    Well after my Saturday weigh in, I didn’t work out or eat right all weekend. I was so upset that all my hard work I did that week led me to GAIN a pound I got depressed and did the exact opposite of what I needed to do.

    So I am back on track today and doing my Beach Body Blast exercise class today at lunch.

          20 min strength training + 1 hour of elliptical today :)
          (however, mind you, I did absolutely nothing yesterday)

            I worked out on my lunch :) I didnt work out all weekend though....

              Jogged/walked for 2.1 miles tonight.

                Finally made it back to the gym last night after a week of being lazy - 30 mins of cardio and 45 minutes of weights. It feels good to be back at it.

                  Well I am trying to stay positive; getting discouraged won't help me lose weight.

                  Yesterday I did my lunch workout class, and 45 minutes of yoga on the Wii Biggest Loser game.

                  Today is 60 minutes (I hope) on the treadmill tonight.

                    I did my 1st day of my 2nd week for my Couch to 5 K training and it was hard.  I hope to do some 30 day shred when FI gets home from work.
