    Last night, I did 40 minutes on the treadmill doing intervals and inclines, and then 25 minutes of lower body strength training plus abs.

    We also bought a stationary bike last night for the basement so my hubby can get a bit more active and I have an alternative to trekking to the gym 5 days a week. Yeah for cardio options at home!

      I haven't yet but will be doing the second of my three Couch to 5k runs for this week this afternoon

            Last night was Jillian Michaels Boost Metabolism dvd.

            Today at lunch is my 30 minute Zumba class and then 30 minutes tonight of something, but not sure what yet.

              So totally blew my workouts last week on Saturday. I went to the Bon Jovi concert and we drank TOO much! So Sat, Sun, Mon no workouts. Yesterday i got back and did 1 hr Body Attack class (intense cardio). Today i'm doing Body Pump, 1 hr weights class.

              Damn fun weekends!! :P

                I made it to the gym today Ya me I did my second Couch to 5K workout and my legs are tired.

                  I did today during my lunch... now i'm trying to get myself off the couch to workout again.

                      Well I wanted to do an extra 30 minutes of cardio after work yesterday but it didn’t happen and I ate too much last night.

                      Today is a 30 minute kettleball class at lunch and HOPEFULLY I will do 30 minutes of cardio tonight.
