    I didn't work out last night, as I said I would, but I have all day today because I am home, so at some point I will

      I went to the gym this morning and I did cardio and lower body strength training..

        I think that this is my first time posting here on this stupid exercising thread.... only because I just started my work out schedule this week...yeah, I've been a slacker...but i'm at my 8 month mark, plus summer and the lake and boats are just right around the corner!
        I can admit that I have been very good so far...I have don't cardio and weights everyday this week so far!!!!! wooooo hooooooo!

          Alright, I have not been on this thread in so long, I love that it comes up every day, it really reminds you that you need to work out. So, after a week off with the stomach flu, and some crazy stuff happening in my life, I finally made it to the gym yesterday. I did 45 of cardio. I plan on going to a pump class today at 1 and then getting in some cardio after. Thanks guys for reminding me to get my butt to the gym.

            I've been totally avoiding this thread... I haven't worked out in so long.. I have 3 1/2 months until my wedding.. I seriously need to find the time or is it stop finding excuses.... :-)

              Tammy, what are you doing right now? Right this second? If its something you could be doing later, like reading this, then you have time to work out. So, stop reading and go work out. NOW!!! 3 months till bikini time, 3 months, that is all.

                OMG, I drank too much last night, I just wolfed down a greasy steak & cheese sandwich, now I feel so sick (and guilty) I'm going to have to work by butt off tonight!! Why do I do this to myself!?

                  I have not worked out since Monday night - - I did 45 minutes of cardio. I really need to go tonight since I know I won't workout this weekend!!

                  I need to start coming on this thread daily....I need tons of motivation!! My FI is definitely not helping!
