    Spin Class tonight...trained with my trainer Monday and Tuesday...back with my trainer tomorrow night! OUCH!

        I sure did...doing 2 a days! Weights in the am and cardio at night. Crunch time! 70 days to go!

          Yep. Did the shred, level two plus 25 min of extra cardio. I may also try to sneak in some pilates tonight.

                I was recently in a car accident and my doctor says Im still in the acute phase so I am not allowed to work out! Which sucks because last year I lost 30 lbs and I am back up 8 so far. (Ive been eating really bad, totally on me)
                But still, if I were running and spinning, I wouldnt have been eating so bad and gaining weight back. This really suxx because our wedding is in four months!!!! I WANT TO CRY!!!! I guess I have to shut my pie hole and do a no or low carb diet.

                  60-minute bikram yoga class this morning and sweated my rear off.

                    Think of it as a "detour" but you will reach your final goal. Meanwhile you can watch your calorie intake and limit your alcohol consumption. Walking is good exercise and you can still burn calories from doing that.
