    Thanks! I did make up for it today - did an hour of Bodypump and a bit of cardio this morning!

      not yet, but I weighted in at my Jenny Craig Centre and I am down 5.2lbs since last week! Yey! i will get my work out time in today though. :) so happy!

        Did a spinning class and half and hour of weights!

        This weeks workouts were:
        - 2 30 minute running intervals
        - 2 Spinning Classes
        - 2 sessions with my Personal Trainer
        - 1 Kickboxing Class
        - 30 minute ab workout
        - 30 minute strength training

        I'd say I'm back on track after the holidays...new goal for 2010 5 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training!

              I enlisted two of my BM's... strength in numbers. At least we hope!

              Last week: Went to the gym 6 out of 7 days. I lost 3 pounds last week.
              This week: My goal is 5 out of 7 days.

              Our Zumba class last week was replaced with BodyJam... it just wasn't for me. I couldn't get into it, my heart rate wasn't up and I wasn't sweating... I left the class to jump on the stair master for a half hour.

                Woo Hoo! FI and I have been so good. We have been exercising every day! I have dropped 9 pounds in the past week from cutting carbs, exercising, and drinking lots of water and being conscious of the foods I eat! I feel so much better but I still have 20 pounds to go!

                  I did the biggest loser Cardio Max level 1. Today was my off day, but I'm wedding dress shopping this weekend. Figured a little cardio couldn't hurt!

                    Got up early both days this weekend and went to the gym with FI :) We are headed back tonight for cardio.
