    Pretty sore from boot camp last week and took yesterday off. Jogged/walked 2.4 miles on the treadmill today.

      Great stuff Pooshek!

      Well yesterday I taught aquafit, but that was all due to some unforseen issues. Today I got a total body circuit in, but no cardio; that was due to laziness

        did 30 day shred Fri & Sat, took today off - just exercised my brain all day with school stuff

          I took my two dogs for a 45-1 hr walk in the trails along the water and in the firest today... very stress-relieving physically and mentally!!

            Warmed up with 10 30-second sprints on the treadmill followed by 45-minute Total Body Blast & ABS.

            60 more days to go before the Big Day!!! Yay!!!

                I just finished 45mins and it felt sooooo good after eating 2 Thanksgiving dinners this weekend!

                  Aww...thanks Poohshek I like seeing your dedication as well...especially now that I don't have a show to spur me on :)

                  No workout for me today...just a rest day and some light eating. Tomorrow, I will go back to my workout regime.

                    Survived another 6 a.m. Jay Johnson boot camp. This morning the focus was on legs and abs. I weighed in this morning and I am 4 lbs away from my goal. Yay!!! But dropping body fat % is the ultimate goal.
