    I went rollerblading with my BFF tonight. First time I have had my skates on in 3 years!
    I am so out of shape, but I have 79 days to change that LOL

      I'm bad...I slept in and skipped bootcamp this morning! I just couldn't get up at 5:00

        I took 3 days off for a little side trip, but back on track today!

          walked to the gym for 1 hr of teae bo and 1 hr hot yoga

            Had 3 long rest days (more like slacking off for 3 days straight).

            Started with sprints on the treadmill before 30-minute Totaly Body Blast and 15-minute ABS. Going on vacation soon and I really need to be GOOD before it gets ugly.

                I did a weight lifting class and then I actually stayed for yoga (which i NEVER do). go me!

                  Jogged 3.1 miles this morning. Hopefully that will help me get through the day at work.

                    Did 35min on the elliptical, 1/2 of resistance and 45 minutes of yardwork last night....honestly, my push-mower gets my heart rate up as much as the elliptical!

                      just finished a shoulder/calf workout at the gym with a little cardio (elliptical)
