Where in Canada are you moving to?
I am moving to Grimsby, On. It's a little town between St Catharines and Hamilton.[/QUOTE]

I know Grimsby. I live in Barrie, I just moved here from Toronto a few months back. Are you going to be living there?

I worked out this morning!! At 7am (I am so not a morning person). But this is what happened. I pulled up to the gym ( i really didnt want to go, but said I have to be skinny, I have to be skinny, to my self) I get there (Lifetime) and I park in the front row and sat there.... and sat there... for about 15 - 20 minutes. And I'm thinking to myself at this point the I want to be skinny changed to I want to sleep 2 more hours.. So finally the guy parked next to me comes out the gym and gets in his car. While another car pulls into his spot the "I want to be skinny" came back so I finally get out of the car and walk to the gym. The guy that parked next to me walked into the gym at the same time and says to me "it looks like you had a hard time getting out the car..." (dang, how long did you see me sitting there). And I'm like "I so dont want to do this". So he goes on to tell me he just got finished working 10 hours and now he's going to work out for at least an hour (ITS 7AM!)... So now I feel bad and I ended up working out for an extra 15 minutes! I'm going to try to do it again tomorrow!

Way to get into the gym! Even if it took some mental prodding.

I went running this morning and did abs and arms in my hotel room. It's so hard to workout well when away from home in a hotel with no gym - but I'm trying.

Well I went to my boot camp tonight and it was really hard. Taking 3 weeks off of working out turns out to be a bad thing. Who knew.

At least you went and it will get easier again!

Oh believe me, I know! The first day wasn't as bad as the second day, I could barely keep up, my legs & arms were shaking, and I could barely walk for 3 days after!

Your doing an amazing job though, so its totally worth it.

I went to the gym this morning - 45 minutes stairs and some light abs. Not my best, but not bad for having such a crappy week last week.
