    Did you have a DJ Megan? I only have about 20 guests coming and I'm not sure it's worth the $? The bamboo room worked for you well? I was worried about it being too large? That is where mine is also. Pergola, blue bar, and bamboo room. My times are undecided because I can't decide on photography and it gets dark so early in November!     That's our date also!! Anne Marie November 21, 2014-Now Jade We are doing ours at 4:00 on the pergola in November. Sunsets about 5 but the ceremony will be short and sweet. We're going to do some newlywed photos before and a few after so we still have light and of course our family shots. I considered moving it to 3:00 and pilar told me that would be an option, however my reception would have to be at 6 still and I did not want an hour time gap between the end of my cocktail hour and the reception.     We're not using one either. We'll just do a playlist and have one of our guests MC for our first dance and parents dance. And that is all we'll do I think. It's all I care about anyway. I can live without anything else. Anne Marie November 21, 2014-Now Jade

    @@A7Xtrish I wondered if they could partition it off, I used to work at a banquet Hall and we used to do it there, so I was curious about it. I haven't been in touch with the wedding coordinator yet though. I think in November the terrace won't be too bad, but I'm just not sure I'll want to be outside the whole time.     We are booked in the bamboo room right now, but I'm not 100% sold, I'm worried it will look really empty with only 20 guests. I'm thinking if switching to the terrace, but I don't know. For the Bamboo room I would do exactly what you're doing with the tables. For the terrace, I'd do one or two long tables. I can't commit to one solid idea, and I've never seen pictures of a small wedding in the bamboo room. Anne Marie November 21, 2014-Now Jade

    @@A7Xtrish We have a small guest count also, around 25 people! There are definitely very few of us! I'm not sure about the sweetheart table, I've considering doing one, but since there are so few of us, I'm worried it might be weird. Where are you having your reception?
