  1. My FI has one sibling (older sister) and I was at that decision crossroads as well. As for me and his sister, we really don't have a "relationship" besides the point that she's his sister. I love her kids to death, but we have never really connected on a level to put her in my wedding party. My FI agreed and understood about my decision.
  2. We aren't having a AHR either.... I think my parents were more disappointed but understood that we just wanted something intimate.
  3. I hope to start the week of 11/25 .... yes, the ever-so-overindulgent Thanksgiving week! My plans for this week and next is to use my elliptical and pilates video to get back in the work out mode... I've been recovering from a stress fracture for over 6 months and I am ready to get back to doing "normal" workouts! Looking forward to starting T 25 along with my FI

  5. We are getting married in Cancun on 12/13/14, which is a pretty popular date, but we haven't run into any obstacles. There were only 2 ceremony times left when we booked, so I'm glad we got a head start!

Even though they will be staying at the hotel!!!! Has anyone heard of this?? Seen it before? They are driving me crazy. Hey, from the other threads that I've read, if someone is a Palace Member and books, their room nights do not count towards the group booking. So essentially, the only people that count towards the nights is those that in fact book through the group booking and are not members of the Palace resorts. I haven't heard of the second charges, only if the guests are staying at an off site resort, they will have to pay the daily pass to get in for the wedding. Is this what the coordinator is telling you? Seems a bit outrageous if they are staying at the same resort. Is that how they want to treat their members/even potential members? I wouldn't think so.
  7. Thanks MTM! We have decided to go ahead with the Catholic Chapel and Immaculate package FI is not crazy about Pre-Cana...buuuut we are doing it! LOL
