Hi There, I'm totally clueless. Did you have the guestbook table at ceremony site or reception site? And before or after the ceremony/reception? I think at the reception site makes more sense, since it will give us more time. Thanks

We are inviting 40 people, not sure how many will come. I expect 30, but will be happy with any number more than 25 (we gave plenty of time in advance so hopefully will be ok - enough for some of them having more babies now ).

This is what we will have, guestbook from etsy shop. With some vintage postcards that I found at the local shops. And I plan to have a pocket camera that can print pictures out instantly so that the guests can attach pictures of them beside the envelopes (have no idea yet), and I will pre-attach some envelopes into the guestbooks.

Hi All, We will have a separate location for wedding ceremony and wedding reception. Where did you put your guestbook to sign? I'm totally clueless. Our wedding ceremony site is quite windy, and I'm planning to have vintage postcards for the guests to write on, and then put in the envelopes, I can either leave them on the table, or in a small square box that came with the postcards so the wind is not an issue. I will also have a small snap shot camera for the guests to take pictures and attach besides the envelopes. SO it probably will take times.

Thank you so much for sharing, you are such a talent OP. I think I will do almost similar for our fan wedding program. We have no wedding parties, so this make perfect sense.

Hello All, I'm new to the forum. We would like to have our ceremony starts at 6pm exactly (my arrival). Should I put the invite the ceremony time at 5.30 pm since we will play guests seating song 20 mins prior to my arrival? What time did you put in your invite? There are also few things in our case that bother me: 1. Our wedding ceremony location is quite hards to get to (lots of steps). 2. For most of our guests, that will be first time visit for them to the island. 3. Most guests (including my FI) will stay 20-40mins away from the site depending in traffic, and traffic at that time can be bad. 4. I will rent a room from 12pm at the cermony site to get ready so the chance of being late more than 20-30mins is quite slim. Thank you muchly. :-)
