    I know my mom has talked about giving us some alone time the day after the wedding, and I'm sure she'll make it known among everyone that we'd just want one day to ourselves. I think everyone that's going is going to be more than okay with it, and we'll only have 20 or so people there so we'll have more than enough time with them the rest of the week

    Anyone have their bachelor/bachelorette parties in Jamaica? My fiance and I have moved away from home, and don't have too many friends here yet, and want our bridal party to be able to go. Contemplating whether to stay at the resort since the drinks are included, or to go somewhere else? Just not sure where that somewhere else would be. Anyone have any input? Thanks!

    Just booked Riu Ocho Rios today! So excited, we were looking at Beaches/Sandals but the price would have limited a lot of guests from coming. Wedding date 9/14/13, can't wait to continue planning!

    We're still about a year and a half away, so we have plenty of time to make them all. And yeah, that's why I figured I'd make a test one first to see what it would entail. The pocket was by far the hardest part, so having that premade would help a ton! I bet all that time you took really helped make them look professional, and that's what I'd like to work towards with mine

    Thanks for the links! I think those titles for the cards would be good, we're doing a wedding at Beaches, so the ceremony/reception are kind of all in one. Still working on the booking process, so I can't really start until then. Debating on whether or not to buy the premade pockets and make them my own, or to make them completely from scratch. The premade pockets are $0.80 each, so not that bad at all.

    I plan on doing a TTD session as well. My mom's dress is way out of date and I wouldn't wear it. I don't want my future daughter to have to try to make that kind of decision, so I figured why not. I also would like to get a "just married" bikini and have some fun with that as well!

    Thanks for the tips! I do like all-inclusives, especially because my fiance gets way stressed any time we spend money, so it really gives him a chance to relax so he doesn't have to worry about it

    Does anyone have wedding guests who are staying at 2 different Sandals/Beaches resorts? I'm looking at Beaches Negril because I like all of the different dining/bar options, but some of my guests might want to pay less and stay at Beaches Sandy Bay. If some guests stay at Sandy Bay, will they count towards my 10 rooms so we get the incentives? Thanks!

    Also having your ring insured will help you feel more at ease. It's something I've been wanting to do, but keep putting it off. Definitely will do it before the wedding though

    Hi everyone! Just got done with my "prototype" pocketfold invite! I don't have any scrapbooking supplies yet, so I only used scissors. Please excuse my crooked lines! And of course it will be printed on the inside, and I think the monogram on the front will be printed also. And I like the heart ribbon, but I think raffia ribbon could give it a nice look also. Let me know what you think!
