Josie Fiorda : called her ounce, I didn't understand a thing !! lol She finally answered me yesturday and thank goodness since we discouvered that they were missing some of my guests in there data bank ! I was also communicating with the minister who will perform the ceremony. I had to fill out a questionaire and send it to them and with that they would build up the ceremony. They were supposed to send me a copy of it and never recieved it and I tried contacting them a couple of times. So I'm leaving Thursday and I have no clue what the ceremony is gonna be like. I got to say, I am not too happy right now with Ana. My wedding is November 6th 2012 and I am leaving October 1st and I have sent Ana e-mails LAST week and I haven't been answered yet. I f she is sick or something I can understand but someone should be answering my e-mails !!!! this wedding is getting close !!

Hello TropicLover, I was wondering, did you have the Paradise package ? Was it extra to have your wedding reception at the Creperie and did you have it for only you and your guests ??

So I was wondering, do they use bracelets at this resort ? 'cause if they do, I don't want to wear one or my wedding party during my wedding. How ugly would that be on the wedding pictures !!

So I finally called Ana since she wasn't answering me on getting a date. I finally got november 6th at 4pm !! I think there are more then 1 wedding per day since she offered me the 7th at 2pm since there was a wedding at 4. Can't wait !!

I actually have more friends then family coming. On 54 people there is about only 15 that are family. I think some of my family members are not too happy with the fact that it's a destination wedding. On there RSVP they only wrote no not attending, no congrats, nothing and I know it's not about the money, they take cruises every year !! My fiancé also has a long time friend who's been ingoring him since the invite. He never RSVP and we even sent him e-mails and stuff without any response !! We went to his wedding last year, had to drive 7 hours to get there and pay hotel, food ext. for a week-end. He could at least say congrats !! I mean I get it if you can't come, but at least have the decency on telling us instead of ignoring us !! come on !! Well this '' friend '' is no more welcome in my home. He could at least be repectful of us and our choices. I also had a couple of comments from people like.... ''well I can buy myself a new fireplace for the price of attending your wedding '' yes, true, but keep your comments to yourself. I respect there choices on not coming, well respect my choice on my wedding !!

Hello jdavidso !! ohhh don't feel bad I still got tuesday or wednesday or even friday I am actually booked at an other hotel since Nov. 2011 but my super TA omitted on telling me certain things so now I have to start all over grrrrr !!! So now I'm running late on booking because of her. Anyways I also hope it's only one wedding per day, so you can get there full attention. Thanks for the deco, but for now I'm doing peach and yellow ohhhh I can't wait and hope everything works out !! How many people are you expecting ?? Since it's symbolic, do they still want us there a certain number of days before the wedding ??

Hey Girls !!!! I just went through allll the posts , took me a while but worth it I was suposed to get married in Punta Cana Nov. 2012 but after speaking with my TA, we decided to switch places. So I am waiting on them to confirm my wedding date in November. I see there is already a bride confirmed on the 8th, the day we wanted so hopefully I will get the 7th or 9th. I keep reading Ana is slow in responding, hope she won't be on confirming a wedding date or i'll be calling her !!! I presume they only have one wedding per day ?? reception at the resturant villa Marina, how does it work for seating ¾¾ can we still have round tables even though it's semi-private ?? can we put center pieces ?? I am also doing OOT bags, got the bags and mugs on Oriental Trading web site. I bought first aid kits at dollarama for 1.25 $ each, hand wips (24 for a buck !!! ) I am planing on putting in kleenx travel packs, advil, pepto and other medication that I can find that are individually wraped. Also gum and some munchies. A welcome letter will also be included. That's all I can think for now !!
