I really did not consider myself a DIY-er until I began the planning process and I have to say that I have even suprised myself. I created these postcard STDs after falling in love with others I found and trying to save money. We sent out 50 and we have received positive responses! Just wanted to share.

1 bag per couple is a great idea! We sent our 50 STDs which would give about 100 people, but are only planning on a total of 50 guests. I have 70 bags just in case.

I think it is worth signing up, WW helps to change your relationship with food and our vices. Just try to catch a promotion to get a discount on the sign-up fee.

Hi all! I just introduced my four bridesmaids to each other via email on Sunday (6/12). My MOHs are college friends and sorority sisters and the other two are hometown friends that I have known from middle school and high school. The girls live in two different cities and will probably not meet each other face to face until the wedding (next year). Yesterday one bridesmaid, HS friend, sent an email detailing her experiencing trying on the bridesmaids dresses to the girls and she was apparently slightly abrasive. According to my MOH, this bridesmaid was shooting down all of her ideas and being rude. It seems like my friend from HS is trying to prove that she "knows me better" and blah blah blah. What should I do to avoid the ego trip and competition that I feel is coming between them?

Let's help each other. The most difficult part of starting will be the most difficult part throughout WW...tracking. My strategy is the eat well Sunday-Friday @ lunchtime, then I can eat pretty much anything for dinner Friday and all day Saturday. Please let me know if you would like a WW buddy.
