    Good point about the resorts booking up to the point of being sold out....how many rooms did you have your TA hold? I'm afraid that we're going to run into the same problem!!

    Hey girls! I'm also doing my own make-up and the only thing that I've decided on so far is the mascara....I'm OBSESSED with Diorshow!!!! It really does make your lashes look fake they're so big! Definitely try it out and thanks for all the other great recommendations!

    Hey girls! Just wanted to let you guys know about a great deal!! If you sign up for wedding channel.com with your city they send you daily deals (kind of like groupon). I recently bought an engagment session online for $50! I'm getting our pictures taken this weekend and I'm super excited! I just wanted to share the great deal!!!

    Who did you girls order your real touch flowers from?? My resort includes my bouquet but not my bridesmaids and I would really like to purchase the real touch ones!? Just curious!!

    Bootcamp is a great idea!!!! I think sometimes if you have a commitment or if you are paying for classes it's great motivation! You can do it!!!!

    I booked January too! I think that the ocean might be a little chilly, but it's high travel season so it'll still be nice and warm!!!!

    Royalbride610, That's great to know about the price match!! I found that booking flight/travel was cheaper on expedia.com, but didn't think about asking my travel agent to match the price since she had just quoted us hotel stay! I'm definitely going to see if she can do something or else I'll tell some of the guests to just book with expedia!! Thanks!!

    I feel everyone's pain....we were quoted $500 for airfare because that's what the prices were last year in 2010 and now they're around $900-1000 a person. It's ridiculous. I just want to book everything and be done, but it's sooooo much $$. I just feel guilty all the time thinking about my friends and family spending that much. :( Has anyone's TA's suggested waiting on aifare to go down? Or just hotel rates? Not sure what to do....

    Daizyduke, You can do it! I think once we had the resort booked and the rooms blocked, now I feel like I'm at a stands still!? Good luck planning though and I'm sure the next 8 months will fly by! I'm getting married only 3 days before you! Woo hoo!!!!

    I think anytime is nice to visit the islands, but it's especially nice when it's snowing back home and you're relaxing on the beach in the sun!!

    Ran a mile in a half last night; it's not much, but it's a start!!! I HATE running, so I thought it was a person triumph! YAY!!!! I'm really sore today though!

    I would ask your travel agent! I wanted to do the Bahamas in January and she said it was a little too chilly!! Hopefully they can help with your decision!! A side note: January ended up being REALLY expensive because it's a high travel month!
