No problem! I'm just a little upset with them...UGH! This one girl on the Sandals Weddingmoon page on Facebook is trying to convince me to go through her travel agent...I told her that I've already paid in full, and she mentioned that she was in the same situation, so she called the resort and had them credit back $500 then she switched over to a TA. I REALLY am not up for all of that. That just sounds like more chaos to me.

I'm not sure if you all know, but EVERYTHING we mail them has to be notarized. Please see the email below... Today I had the affadavit for myself and fiance notarized at my bank. However, as we were leaving I noticed that the checklist I received from the wedding coordinator in Miami said, "the affadavit must be notarized and have a raised seal"...and the notary at the bank only had a stamp. Will this be okay? Or do I need to find a notary who still uses the raised seal? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi LaurenMarie, In my newsletter that I'm sending in Jan/Feb I'm going to ask the guest to send me their flight itineraries. I plan to greet them in the lobby and hand them their bag there. If not, I will give them to them at the Welcome Dinner. I'm not sure about the details of getting your guests room numbers. Hopefully we'll find out soon. Best wishes

Wal Mart! Earlier this year I was walking in Wal Mart looking for something..and I saw this bag while I was looking for a birthday card. They had 10 of them and I bought all of them. They were like a $1.99. I also saw them at Walgreens a few weeks after.

Thanks Brandy. I bought the lotion, hand sanitizer and sunscreen from JanineA. The advil and tums I went to Walgreens for the Advil and the Dollar Tree for the tums. I couldn't find any PepcidAC and after going to five stores the other night I gave up.

Wow, I'm next...that really feels strange. Ladies I have a question for you. Have you all put any thoughts into a bridal shower or bachelorette party? My friends are wanting to plan something here in the Houston area (most of them live out of town), so they'd like to have the bridal shower at a restaurant on Saturday afternoon, and later that night we'll have a bachelorette party. Any suggestions? I really want to hear what everyone else will be doing.

Hi Ladies, I've just about completed my OOT bags. Below is a pic of the bag and the survival kit. In the survival kit I have lotion, sunscreen, advil, bandaids, tums, gum, and hand sanitizer. I will also include a 5oz bottle of Off, waterproof camera, and keycard holders. Oh, and the welcome letter or passport booklet--whichever I decide. The bag tag has the name on the front and on the back it says "From the new Mr. & Mrs. XXX"

Thanks Lisa. I feel the same..I'm not worried about the up-do, I'm worried about the maintenance before and after. So hopefully I'll become very familiar with it over the next 13 weeks before the wedding. I will stay in touch with you to tell you how everything goes.

Hi Chocolate Brides! I haven't been as active on this forum...not as active as I am in the Turks & Caicos forum anyway. So I'm beginning my trial run with my hair for the wedding. The wedding is in March. My stylist sewed the weave in last night, and so far so good. I have worn extensions before (2006), but it's been awhile. Anyway, I purchased the Indian Wavy hair, so when I get the hair wet while in Turks it'll just be wavy- and still look decent hopefully. Here are some pics. I'll post some pics of how I usually wear my hair and how it is with the sew-in. This is me working at a trade show in San Francisco last month.
