Hey Maura, the pics are beautiful considering they are not professional! Where did you get the sandbox for your placecards, I have been looking for that for ages!
Hey guys, does anyone know if the hotel used cloth napkins for the reception? I hope so. Also, is anyone else doing placecards? If so, how r u setting those up?
Yay! I'm excited, i wasn't a fan of the open air restaurant, thought it would be too hot. But I have 60 guests and I was worried Calabash would be too small for dinner and dancing. Sounds like it may work.
That's disappointing, they are cute. The search is hard to find shoes with normal heels nowadays lol. Mine are 3 1/2. Too short wouldn't be cute anymore lol.
So flower studio quoted me $70 plus tax for each of my bridesmaids bouquets.... Is that normal? That seems pretty high, but I've never had to buy bouquets before lol. But $250 for flowers that will only last one day seems outrageous.
I guess I started something with this saxophone business lol. I asked Nicole when I went to visit the property and she said it could be arranged. She estimated $250-$350 for the hour. Pretty steep, but considering that is my only extra besides alchohol, it works.
I am now starting to regret March as my wedding date, seeing all the great prices you guys are getting. I am paying $1300 for a standard room and flight for 4 days from ATL! You would think it would be cheaper, because I'm closer than Canada. But that's what I get for booking in the high season.
Yup but I'm a planner, so don't pay me any attention lol. I think you are on track. Try looking for a destination wedding checklist. You can't use me as an example because I am done, a little too early lol.
If you guys are right, it will be us, our parents and our wedding party and their guests. lol. So hopefully I have some procrastinators lol. I don't mind if they tell me no, I would actually appreciate it lol.
