  1. I don't know why no one informed me until I got there, she said I needed 40 pp to privatize, they didn't care if i was willing to pay for 40 I needed 40 bodies. It was semi-private because pillars separated us from other diners, we were there for a while over the normal time about 2 hours, people were waiting for us to take pictures before they started eating. The bill was much less than expected and the music bar was great it was a lil big for my group though. they only charged $350 for the music bar for the DJ, drinks were free because we were at a bar. She set up all the decor , I told her what to do and they did a better job than expected. No Spa, it was windy but not too bad. Thanks! I did use Rashel she was great! I brought down fabric but they ended up wrapping it with tulle that i brought as well.
  2. The review is up, not very detailed but just let me know if you guys have any questions!
  3. Hey ladies!! I'm Back! Everything went great. I'm working on my review today, I'll let you guys know when its up. Word of advice, get you reception (amt of people, where, privacy) in order before you get there. I had a few last minute surprises which I cried about. But all in all, everything was beautiful, here is a teaser pic more will be in the review no professional pics yet. And yes, the $800 privatizes the restaurant and pays for dinner but the $18 per person covers cake and champagne on top of that.
  4. I think the suites is different. Nicole told me no vendor fee for the makeup artist Im using real for me and silk flowers for bridesmaids, i think the flowers i got for them look pretty real and only $20 from etsy
  5. So I tried the clip ins, if you are leaving your hair out they will be great, I wanted a ponytail and I needed it to be fuller, so I ended up wrapping the track around my own ponytail and WALA instant long ponytail lol. The clips in would have worked but I would have needed a lot to get the look I wanted....
  6. I think I might let the resort do it, I was gonna go to MAC and have them teach me how but I can't bother. Too many other things to think about...
  7. Sure, the flowers were a private listing. Try requesting what you would like http://www.etsy.com/people/ASpringWedding?ref=ls_profile
  8. Does anyone know how the marriage license situation works? Do they mail us the official one? Or do we leave with it? Any past brides?
  9. 'm not getting much but for my boutonnieres (3) corsages (2) and renting 5 vases I was quoted $150 Yes, I skipped nicole and went directly to tai flora. I'm going to use the cake and i purchased a clay cake topper, I bought fabric for the huppa and royal blue chair sashes.
  10. I'm getting married in 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from Nicole, it still takes her weeks to answer emails. At the same time, I don't know what I need to be telling her. I confirmed everything with Tai Flora. I guess when I get there, I will finalize the locations and the entertainment. Am I missing stuff? Jodi normally answers me within a couple of days. [email protected]
  11. I am bringing my friend to sing me down the aisle, I'm hoping wind isn't a factor....
