Patti's OOT Bags with Pics

Love them.. Where did you get room key holder and personalized playing cards from? -
we are wondering that too. We have the individual one booked as of now but may see what it costs to upgrade to swim-up. We keep reading reviews about people raving about the casitas. I think it is going to be a hike to meet our other guests though as they are not staying in the casitas. What are you doing for bouquets/bout.? Photography?

The Mugs for my OOT bags

Thanks.... I wish we had a photographer to take.. We are debating how long to have ours too because we want to have our photographer for more then the ceremony too. We may do private dinner/reception too. Otherwise not sure how else it will work for what we want. Our plan was cocktail hr by ceremony location, free dinner at el cocotal, then reception at tucanes. But we just wanted dances and cake cutting at reception not food. Don't think that is an option. I think we would have to buy 2 cocktail parties with this plan. I wish there was better communication so I could get this figured out. Thanks for your help!!!

Lauren Lauren, We are having about the same setup that you are having, but we are having trouble how long to have the photographer?? We want them at the cake cutting but how do we do that?

Thanks.... Yes, we are doing the free dinner at El Cocotal but unsure how to do the cocktail hr/reception. Our ideal would be to have our ceremony at 3 pm, have one of the cocktail hrs. from 4-6, then dinner at El Cocotal at 6:30, then finally reception at Tucanes from 8:30-10:30 but with no food. That is what I can not get answered. We do not want food at Tucanes. We were just thinking of it as time to cut the cake, first dances, and dance. Do you know how that works or if we would have to pay for both the cocktail party and Tucanes? Who are you using for photography?? Are you making programs for the ceremony? Anything else Thanks so much!! I have heard from others the EDR is beautiful!!

Thanks for sharing.... We are getting married May 6, 2010 at EDR. Can I ask how much the reception cost? Was it considered private? Did you happen to check out Tucanes? Our plan as of now is: ceremony 3, cocktail hr. of some sort following, free dinner at el cocotal at 6:30 and then not sure.. another cocktail hr? Any suggestions?? Any must dos or haves while we are there? How much was your photo pkg.? We are stumped with that too. Thanks!! -
Hi Girls!! We are getting married there May 6th and trying to finalize plans but still unsure about the best way to go... We want a reception for sure but not sure where. Someone suggested Tucanes. Does anyone know anything about that? We also are doing the free package and dinner at El Cocotal. They do make you choose limited items from the menus for your guests. I'm also doing placeholders and cards for the dinner. What is everyones schedule like? ie. We are getting married at 3 and then not sure. Thanks in advance for any helpful advice. Also, not sure about photography? We want longer then an hour for sure!!
