Hey ladies! I hope everyone is having a good Tuesday so far!! I did "ok" with my exercise and healthy choices over the weekend... but now I'm looking for a little bit of guidance for the coming weekend... We have a Mexican-themed party on Saturday to attend... Everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite Mexican dish. mmmm...theres going to be so many delicious chips and tortillas... I'm wondering if anyone has any "healthier" or lower calorie Mexican recipes that they have already tried and would suggest... ?? It can be an appetizer, main dish, or dessert... Any help would be appreciated!! Of course, FI suggested we just bring a bottle of tequila, hehe

Thanks for the heads-up sunstarsmoon! Our wedding is on a tuesday so we're hoping that all goes well! We have a really good group so I'm sure it will be an awesome party! We are planning the gazebo reception just like kerrij!

Im realllly sore today too- Yesterday, I ran my first 3km without stopping once, (a HUGE feat for me!) then I went to my zumba class.... ugh It's been a tough week and I'm sooo looking forward to the weekend.... c'mon Saturday morning!!!!
