I don't really have anything set in stone.... just do my absolute best to do "something" every day... Sometimes its a walk/jog, eliptical, and as of recently, zumba. I tell myself that 45 mins-1 hr each day is acceptable.

This is all great advice! I was wondering what to do too.... I still haven't tried any dresses on because I'm really nervous. Trying clothes on has been very discouraging over the last few years b/c of the amount of weight gain... I think I will be ready soon though. -
