Thanks ladies, its fantastic! I cant wait to be able to officially announce it to the world - amazing feeling!

I say lets meet at 6, and who ever wont be able to join till 7ish we will still be there - so excited though! Looks like October 12th is a go!

Change of date would be great. I am allot freer on Tuesdays and Fridays. Boot camp on Monday and Thursday. And in October we are starting our dance lessons on Wednesdays...so yeah its tough in the home stretch. Tuesday, October 12th anyone? Melrose at 6ish? Just to throw something out.

Mexico is 4 days to the best of my knowledge.

We just had our Legal Day last Monday - Most of the times I am ok with not acknowledging the transformation to Mrs. But…and I had actually mentioned this earlier on another post… Fiance/hubbie and I were out on Tuesday, bumped into some random acquaintances and he introduced me as fiancée, and I got sad. We also spoke of finalizing our maraca order and debated between just putting our first names or first names and the soon to be mutual last name. Dearest kyboshed the idea of putting the last name saying "lets not get ahead of our selves". I know he said with the best of intentions but I was like, well this sucks. Its tough cause we still have 1.5 months till The Big Day, so long time to wait. At the same time that should also give us time to loose the freshness of the feelings that we felt last Monday and get to experience them all over again.

I think Monday is her last day, sorry I am not 100% sure which days in October. Yikes, sorry didnt mean to stress you out. I just know when she was over last Monday she said that she only had one more wedding and then she is off for October - I am sure she meant you! She is great - very nice lady! Sorry again.

It was not by plan that we had our Legal Day some 1.5 months before the Wedding Day, but the commissioner that we liked is off in October so we had to choose September or go with someone else. Lynda was wonderful by the way! I have to say though, we have been out since and having fiancée/hubbie introduce me as his fiancée kinda really sucked! That’s the thing, cause now I am like who am I? ha ha. Also we were finalizing our maracas and I thought of putting our soon to be joint last name, and that got kyboshed and that made me sad. Pre-Legal Day I probably would have said the same, lets keep it casual but now I am like it will be our last name and I am excited to share it and have it everywhere and dearest was like lets not get ahead of ourselves. He meant well (as in make sure you will still go thru all those fun emotions in Mexico) but bah! I find there is so much stress and sorrow in our day to day lives that it really did suck for me to have to consciously be less excited now.

Thanks ladies!! Only 50ish days or so and I finally get to full on celebrate it, cant wait! It really does seem odd to call the Mr. as anything but hubbie - not a very well kept secret I am afraid

Sorry ladies I had to miss boot camp on Monday and next session is Thursday, I can attend either a 6 or a 7:30 class. I cant make it out for drinks at 6, and I figure even if I rash back you will be gone by 8 or 8:30ish when I can just get there... I have to make it atleast one of these times!!!  By the way - I just have to share - reason I missed Monday was because we had our Legal Day and signed docs at 7 pm yesterday!!! I am surprised how emotional I got, I tried to take it casual but I did cry  Have a great time ladies!!!

If it makes you feel any better Hubbie and I (Just had our legal day yesterday!!!) will be there in 45 days today, and its been 2+ weeks since my email to Gabrielle so I just sent a 'gentle' reminder. I havent heard once from the resort since Ana left. And some of it was like hey is there a place for paper lanterns on the deck for our reception cause I will buy them and bring them with for you to set up... yeah heard nothing so didnt get any, just hope its not too dark. Â

Just as an update, as expected dear soon to be hubby was fantastic on his weekend away, I feel so lucky for him to show me just why I love him all the time!

My heart goes out to you ladies. It is insane for me to think that any boy that is soon to marry could shake a foundation of trust and risk jeopardizing a marriage all for something that most would even say means nothing.  Takes deep breath – I don’t mean to offend anyone, but…  What the hell? Since when do intelligent, beautiful, amazing girls sit around and question their own confidence level for expecting / asking their soon to be husbands to not cheat on them as part of celebratory festivities marking their nuptials. I get that different individuals, male or female have a different definition of cheating. If for you it’s seeing stuff online, seeing it live at a club, whatever it is, then damn straight they shouldn’t be doing it to celebrate an upcoming wedding. Since when is it acceptable for your partner in life to cross that line and chalk it up as ‘boys will be boys’ or ‘right of passage’. Dear FH is actually away tonight, as he is having his bachelor weekend and will be back tomorrow. We definitely had talked prior to his departure what I thought was ok and not, and I can’t wait to see him in some 10 hours!!! And yes I will be asking him what all went down.

Sorry to jump in here - are we having a get together on Thursday, September 30th??? I have boot camp, I can go at 6 or 7:30 - do you ladies typically meet right after work, or like 8ish 9ish for a few bevies? Â Pam has got some cute stuff on sale, that I wanted to check out, and I still have a sand ceremony to get rid of, so we thought it was a great excuse for a get together - anyone else in???

I have a dupioni silk dress, would love to hear what other ladies thought? I def. want to bring a steamer with me, I dont trust it to the resort or some 3rd party steaming vendor. If there is a particular brand that works best would be great to know.

I am about to use Zuniga Production and Planner1 - there are lots of vendors out there with access to additional decor than what your hotel would have - I would pass by the resort thought who you are using and just get their nod of approval as a just in case

there is a webex this weekend with Gabby? I know Tammy was trying to set something up some time ago (alteast I think it was Tammy) I have less than 2 months to go, would love to particapate if this is a group thing

I am trying to put together a postcard to give out to our guests with the schedule of the day - have any of you ladies done that? I keep going back and fourth on what it will look like (sentimental, funny, lots of design...) is it even necessary? we are having our wedding off the resort, so there is a bus pick up time, ceremony start, bus back to resort, reception starts... etc. I have spent / wasted time on this already but just not sure.

wow this is great, meant to do our schedule here pretty quick but think I might have to speed it up and get something together to put on a large oversized postcard asap. thanks!

Ha ha I remember those guys - one of the ladies in my dance class was a model at the previous show 6 months ago, it was very fun to watch! Â Having guests book was amazing, so congrads! Definitely made it feel real for us, so now just sit back and enjoy! Â Not to hijack things but we are leaving in 60 days!! My dear FH and I signed up for dance lessons so we were trying to nail down our first dance song, I am huge Bryan Adams fan, but we are leaning towards Shania Twain 'From this Moment' and by someone else 'Broken Road'? I think, anyhow, in my cheeky way I said we cant choose a song without dancing to it, so we were dancing while youtube was playing, well I started to cry! how funny, I am going to be a mess on the day of I can tell already! Anyhow I guess I just meant to say its funny how guests booking, or nailing down the song etc. can make it feel more real and really bring on those emotions. Â Night ladies! Â

 hmmm waist on me is 29, hips 40? I wear an 8ish street size, darn this is one beautiful dress. Funny enough I already have my dress, but this dress made it to my top 10, I just loved the back! went with a much more formal dress, but I would love to do part of our TTD on horseback, and I wont be able to do in my dress... hmm, very tempting!! Ha ha this is probably way more info. than you cared to know!  Let me know if it doesnt sell just in case. Â
