Oh, and our legal day was this past Friday the 13th! I'm still in shock that I'm legally a Mrs! Crazy....we giggled the whole time (we're such dorks)

That's great to hear! My FI talked to her a few nights ago and she said she was gonna get back to us on that later that night, but we haven't heard from her yet. I hope this means good news for us, too ;-)

I haven't heard of anyone doing food tastings when they get there; those who who have done the tastings did site visits a few months prior to their wedding (and also had to pay a fee to try out the menu).

The first time she answered all my questions EXCEPT for that one, so I don't know if that means they are trying to make a decision on that or what. I would really like to know, however, because I want to order menu cards asap.
