I agree, beautiful dress Morgan! I want to be there now, looks great. My dad told me 'theres no such thing as a stupid question', so Im going to ask: How does the TTD work? Do you do it the next day or when? Im a little slow on the wedding thing, and never even heard of TTD before joining this forum.

when i was planning my wedding, it was elena I emailed, but I met with cora once we got there. is cora doing emails now? Yeah Cora is the person I am contacting. Pleased to hear she is nice! I will remember what you said about tipping.

Its a crappy situation to be in. I'm English and Michael is American, so I feel you on the location problem. Hence the reason we chose Mexico. Ive chose a hotel thats a really good price (from England for 2 weeks all inclusive and flights its 1150 pounds about 1850 USD) but it seems like a great place (Catalonia Rivera Maya). Invite the people you want to be there. Dont let people push you or try to make you feel guilty. If people are going to cause any problems I would rather not have them their spoiling our day. If people really care, then they will be polite and repect your decision. When religion is involved then it just makes it all that more important to keep it as nuetral as possible. So for what its worth I think you are doing the best thing. Dont listen to your step mother, easier said than done. But just remember.......your not that fussed about her anyway, so why let her unpset you?! LOL Theres to many important people in your life to let one person affect,effect or infect you. Go away take the supportive loved ones with you. If you feel the need then tell people that when you get back from your perfect, chilled, stress free wedding, you will get together in each home town for a nice dinner and few drinks. Do what makes you happy! Lifes to short and you only get one wedding day. Good luck.

Think im stupid, just joined the site, what does OOT stand for? I can guess what they are, just dont know the abbreviation. sorry. One thing I'm planning on taking are Wish Lanterns. Not sure if anyone has posted about them on here. Basically they are paper lanterns. You guests whisper or write a wish in them, then you set alight the little burner in the middle and they float away like little hot air balloons of light. Look really pretty at night. Going to take about 40(one for each guest), so should look good.

I would get looking, but wouldnt get stressing. It depends what you are looking for. I was lucky, walked into a store, saw the dress (which happened to be on the clearance rail!) it is the perfect size and length (but im 180cm). Dont need to alter it in anyway, cost me 430pounds (900USD) and i love it! Things have a way of working out. But you still need to get your ass to the store! Good luck!x

Hey! Arent you a nice lady! Im plannig on getting married there next Feb. I would really like to hear about 2 things. 1. What the bedrooms are like (ive read mixed reports) and 2. if there is a choice of locations to get married. I dont really want to be on the sand, but would like the ocean in the background.
