THANK YOU LADIES FOR YOUR KIND WORDS!!!!!!!!! I was a nervous wreck! The only reason these pictures look like this is because of Jennifer. Words can not express how amazing she is. I have referred one of my BF who is also have a Destination Wedding and my sister is going to do it as a anniversary present. I just hope I will be able to wait to give him is album!! LOL

I just received some teaser pics and I am extremely happy with how they look so far. I used Jennifer from Beautiful and Affordable Photography and she is amazing!! I highly recommend her if you are in the New York area!

When we visited Puerto Plata we brought home the faceless doll and mamajuana and they were a hit!!

As I read your vent, I keep saying to myself this is ME!!!!! All of your concerns are mine as well. I gave an RSVP date of April 1st for our July wedding because I wanted the month of April to be a grace period. My husband said the same thing your FI said about not calling people and just assuming that they are not coming. But I forced him to call his friends and good thing because he friend RSVP'd yesterday for 2 people and stated that since he was booked and knew he was coming he forgot to RSVP!!! And we are still waiting for some who are still on the "MAYBE" list. UGH I am so frustrated even though I know that this happens with everyone who is planning a wedding but because I want to plan for my OOT bags and my favors I wanted to start things now so that it doesn't hit our pockets all at once!! I can't wait for this part to be over and we are in Punta Cana celebrating!! Good Luck and I feel your pain!

I wish I could do it again!! For those of you who are going to be doing a shoot, I highly recommend writing down poses that you are interested in doing. I wish I did this, because now that its over I wish I would have done a few differently. I was thrown off because my best friend was supposed to come with me and she woke up extremely sick, so I was in panick mode trying to get everything out of her house and into my car so that I wouldn't be late. Then of course I had to stop and get gas...figures LOL and once I got there I was so nervous not because of Jen but because all I kept thinking was how much I hope these pics look great and remembering all the tips she gave me before we started!! UGH I really wish I would have done a picture topless without covering myself!! My husband would have LOVED it!!!!!!!!!!! But all in all I had a blast and could not have asked for a better photographer!

My photoshoot was today and it was amazing!!! Jennifer from Jeneration is absolutely the best!! I highly recommend her. I really want to do it again, bc I was so nervous and now that I know what to expect I feel my pictures would come out so much better!!

I am so happy I found my shoes!! I'm having a beach ceremony so heels were out of the question, so I was on the hunt for bridal wedges. Many of the ones I found were plain or the wedge was really low and since I'm 5'2" and my husband is 6'2" I need something with a decent heel. These shoes have bling and a 3 inch wedge!!! Luckly I found them in a shoe store so I was able to try them on. These shoes do run big, so I highly suggest trying them on or ordering at least a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally wear. The only catch is that they're a little pricey. They retail for $168.00, but I was able to find them for $100 (no tax and free shipping!!).
