That same thing almost happened with me, they wanted to marry us on the friday before leaving on sat....can you imagine the hangover and disapointment of having to leave the day after your wedding....I am so happy with the date.....so far so good!!!....lol

we are simply going with the judge, and having the legal wedding. We are to arrive on the sat and being married on the tuesday, Carolina told my TA that this is ok, so I'm going to run with it. I like the fact that my wedding is at the beginning of the trip, so the stress of the day, as easy as it is, can be done and over with to be able to do day trips for the rest of the week and hang out at the beach clear minded and able to celebrate for the rest of the week!!!

Amygirl1169, for the travel mugs, I'm not sure if you want to put your own monogram on them or not....but keep your eye open when Canadian tire has a sale on the 20oz bubba's.....there the best, keeps your drink cold for a long time, and they come in great colors.....

Welcome to the forum and congrats......my advice would be follow your heart, and budget, the rest will fall into place. The hardest part of a DW is picking the resort.....Good luck!!!!

CherryBomb.... thx for the words of encouragement....I'm not a big planner, thus why we decided to go away, but waiting till last minute is driving me to drink even though we are spontaneous and last minute people...lol Each and everyone of us wants it to be special and unique and I believe that the powers that be will let this happen.....;0, with a little help from Carolina!!!!!

The new gazebo is absolutly beautiful....I tried to book it for my wedding, but Carolina told me that everything will be done once I'm there... I think she is doing it that way because there is another wedding on the Tuesday. I have a feeling it's first come first serve....guess I'll find out, I just don't want to be stuck with leftover, even though the leftovers are just as beautiful.....I'm stressing a little...lol
