Does anyone have pictures of the rooftop at the Caribeno restaurant?

My understanding about outside photographers is that as long as they stay in the hotel for at least one night, you will have no issue. When I was doing my research, I spoke to a couple of photographers in Mexico and they refused to provide service when I mentioned that we were getting married at the Moon Palace. Apparently the resort is known for not letting photographers in at the last minute. My photographer is staying at the Moon Palace with us. Our wedding is in about 3 months and I just got an e-mail from my wedding coordinator. So excited! Her name is KALENA ARRONIZ. Does anyone have her also? Any comments, good or bad?

Hi! Thanks for the review! I want to have the my wedding at a ballroom, but with an ocean view. Did you have a view of the ocean from the ballroom you were at? Was the room small enough for your group of 33 or did you feel it was bigger than what you needed? Thanks, Liz

Hi Ladies, We bought my FI suit at R&WCo at Chinook yesterday, ant it was 175 inc. tax. We also saw suits and pants at ZARA, Le Chateau, Le Chateau Outlet, MEXX, Banana Republic, & Club Monaco. Good luck searching!

Hi Myen, I did not use a travel agent since my family is all over the place, Miami, Venezuela and Colombia. Each person has to arrange their own flights. In regards to the hotel, Moon Palace gave me one contact that my guests can work with and a link that they can use if they want to book online. Liz

Hi Leogurl, I am working directly with the Moon Palace. They usually respond between 24 to 48 hours and you don't have a middleman. The pricing I got is in the range that you mentioned. The only thing they require is your room's deposit for 3 nights. Liz

My contract is directly with the Moon Palace and it states that they only guarantee day passes for 20% of your guests. That is not to say that if there are passes available they won't sell them to you...but its a huge risk to take. How do you tell a guest that they can't come in when they have travelled all the way to Cancun?

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for them to give you an official confirmation and if you get it through e-mail or formal mail?
