What did you guys think? I only saw the first guy (figure skater) and something about him bugs me....he can really do tricks, but I can't see people voting for him if he makes it into the top 20. I missed the rest as I went out to meet some friends, but didn't record it. Anyone stand out?

I went to the top 12 show taping, I believe...it was fun, and I'm glad I did it, but I wouldn't go again...it was difficult to see as we were all standing in front of the stage. Unless you are front row, or really tall it is hard to see. I also went to the tour show which was so fun! I hope this season is as good as last!

What did you guys think of the show tonight? Evan really seemed to get the crowd going! I think America loved him....will it be enough to put him in the top 2?!?! I hope not, he doesn't deserve it ability-wise. I think Jeanine will be for sure with either Brandon or Kayla....I am rooting for Jeanine to win....we need some girl power....too many guys have won recently (and on SYTYCD Canada too) Speaking of that, I am excited the new season starts next week!!!

I agree that this season the personalities just aren't there. I had SO many favourites last season...Twitch, Joshua, Mark, Chelsea, Katie.....this season not so much. I also get annoyed at how much Nigel and Mary talk about how great the show is. Seriously, they do it at least twice per episode! It is still one of my favouritre shows, and favourite reality show for sure...I just hope next season will be better.

I just feel sorry for the girl who has to dance with Evan next week. I don't hate him, but he shouldn't be in the top 6. He is going to bring her down. He is a good dancer, but not top 6 quality.

I've been walking to work...it is about 30min each way, so that way I get in 1 hour of walking a day, and I really enjoy the time to myself!

OH - I almost forgot....I got my wedding dress yesterday!!!! I LOVE it!!!! It is SO flattering, and gives me an hourglass figure! I am so excited, and I was worried and putting off dress shopping for nothing! I did go to David's Bridal, but didn't get it from there. I was a little dissapointed with David's...they didn't have my top 2 choices to try on. (the top 2 were similar to the one I got here in Ontario) The lady on the phone also said that they would have all the dresses in the "DB Woman collection" for me to try, but they didn't. Maybe just bad luck, but that's OK I couldn't be happier with my dress!

On the bodyglide website you can punch in your postal code, (or city, I think) and it tells you what stores nearby sell it. I tried mine out yesterday, and it works great!!! I suggest keeping it in your purse so you can reapply, as I needed to after some time. Scubadiva, what detox did you do? I am thinking of doing one myself.

Yes, dark brown with highlights, you want your wedding pictures to look like you, and if the blonde is just something you are trying now, you might regret it. I have a similar situation my hair is naturally a dark blonde, but I have gone really dark, and also red! I am keeping it blonde for the wedding because that is the colour I usually have. Also, the dark with the caramel highlights in the pic you just posted is stunning on you, it makes your eyes pop!

Hey Lisa! I am thinking of getting gel nails too! I think the French tip looks so nice, but they always chip for me the day after my mani. Gel nails are *supposed to last longer than one week!! Let us know how it goes...it's always nice to have the FI for back-up when complaining.

I can't believe I only just found this thread now!!! I LOVE SYTYCD!!!! I wasn't surprised at who went home last night. I do think Randi is cute as a button though! I honestly can't say I have a favourite yet. I had so many last year...hmmmm I think they have a really strong top 10, maybe it is because no one stands out. I also thought they said Ellen was a guest judge??!? I loved how in the opening dance Melissa was sort of the focus with her ballet. It is nice to see them using that.
