I know EXACTLY how you feel! I was given a couple of email addresses for two contacts at the salon. They have both responded to my email and have offered to set up my hair/makeup appts for me. But I have yet to hear from Nancy... I've seriously emailed her everyday for the last two weeks. I've been reassured by several people on this forum that it will all work out being that they like to set up the majority of things once you're there in person. But I, like most of us, like to have everything planned and ready weeks if not months in advance. Please let me know if you hear anything and if you are able to request a new WC.
