April - Can you send me the info you have on the Grand Palladium hotel in Jamaica? This seems to be the cheapest place out of them all that has kid activities. I just found the Grand Palladium resort in JAmaica on BookIT.com and they show it listed for 7 days for $1000. This is very reasonable for all my guests. Do you have any information on this resort you could possibly email me or something? Thanks!

Are the Iberostar resorts kid friendly? I will be having children from 2-16 there and I just want to make sure that there are things for them to do. I guess as long as there is a pool all is well! Any info would help! Thanks! -
Elizabeth..you say you have been to a Dreams resort already..are these pretty kid friendly? I will be having children from 2-16 with us so I want to make sure there is enough for them to be involved in as well. I'm assuming they would love the pool, since they love it at home. I wanted to go to the Beaches resorts because they are really kid friendly, but they seem to be much more expensive than others and I would like everyone to be able to afford to come, so the Dreams resorts looks like a really good choice. Any info would be helpful! Thanks!

Wow that is one international wedding!! Very cool...congrats!! One idea for invites which I think I am going to do is to make them look like passports. There are a lot of information on this site about them. For the save the date cards I am going to make boarding passes..lots of info on those too including templates. Congrats and happy planning!

First of all CONGRATS! I have never been to Mexico, but I have been to Vegas and it's beautiful. I bet you could have the most beautiful wedding there! Either way people are going to be spending a lot..if they come to vegas you know they will go to the casino to gamble!!! good luck!

Can anyone help explain the point system to me? Do I use points up somehow? I know I had more points than what I have now, but I have been viewing others info..does that use points? I'm so confused! And why do you "bank" points? What's the difference?? Thanks!

That makes sense. However, the point of us getting married in Jamaica is to get away from all the crazy costs that a normal wedding has! My brother is getting married next month and they spent a ton! I guess it will still be less than what they spent. We just want a nice, simple wedding!!

Ok so why do you have to pay for a reception dinner if this is an all inclusive resort? As long as the party is staying at the resort why do you have to pay extra

Ok so I fell in love with Gwen stefani's wedding dress Obviously, mine won't be as big or heavy as that one, but I want to do something similar...or at least dying the bottom like a purple or lilac color. Has anyone ever tried dying their dress? I know it seems crazy, but I don't plan on spending too much on my dress anyways, because I don't want a big elaborate dress, it is going to be a simple sundress-type dress. Let me know, any help would be appreciated! I don't know if I can do it myself or have it done somewhere. Thanks!!
