There will be about 6 boarding passes... First one will have "save the date" with our names, dates, location, and hotel. Also mention formal nvite to follow. Second one will have "you're invited" and why we are sending out the STD with the tentative RSVP. Third one will a list of accomodations with prices starting for 3 nights. I also mention the max room capacity for each place, and state prices are subject to change based on # of guests booking and when packages are booked. Also mention that we will pay for the pass to attend the wedding if they stay at a different hotel besides the Grand. Forth one is about reminders for passports, vaccinations, and update people with kids to arrange for childcare day of the wedding. Fifth one contains out TA information, our wed site link with password, our contact info, and hotel links (maybe - haven't decided yet) Sixth one is the tentative RSVP for yes, maybe, no, how many people, and possible hotel choice. Also when to repond by and how to respond. Anything else you think? I'll probably have to get them printed else where because my print is acting crappy.

Well for us... just the rooms are going to be 1300/couple for 3 nights at the Grand, 1000/per for 3 nights at Maya, and 815/couple for 3 nights at Lindo... flights will probably be about 600-1200 per person because everyone is flying from different areas. We are staying for about 7-8 nights and it wll cost about 3000 for just the rooms at the Grand. I'm putting on my STD that prices are subject to change based on # attending and when packages are be booked. So if they go up or down, people will be forewarned if they go up beforehand.

As some of you know, I'm getting married at the Iberostar Grand which is Adult Only hotel. I know some people may stay at the Maya or Lindo, but how do I word that their kids cannot come to the wedding because it is an Adult only place to those that decide to take their kiddies along. I'm trying to get my STD done, and thinking of proper wording.

My fiance, Mark would be all for the nudie shots... lol
