  12. Question-for those of you who used the Ipod w docking station, did you still need to rent the speakers? was it loud enough for all to hear?
  13. i have a small bathroom as well and i didnt have a problem. i just made sure to splash some water ont he walls once i was done. i stood in the tub and opened the small block window and it was okay. like any self tanner, you can not shower or exercise for a few hours after spraying yourself. i usually spray and then let it dry for an hour or so and then throw on the second coat. if you see you missed a spot then just spray the next day or if you find a spot that may have dripped (its a clear mist, but it may drip down causing a darker line if not rubbed in) then just scrub in the shower and it comes right off.
  14. i say whatever you like go with. personally i like the sleek simple look but i have seen some brides w the full on poofy gowns--its whatever you have invisioned for your special day. i have been looking online for destination type dresses but so far no luck on my end. my wedding is not until Nov 09 so i will start looking in stores over the next few months. i found this discounted site with a few if you are interested in taking a look. good luck! 15. i have tried SEVERAL sunless tanners over the years and the Coppertone moisture mist is BY FAR my favorite!!!! Coppertone Sunless Tanning Moisture Mist Tan Continuous Spray Light/Medium 6 ounces at Hocks.Com most of them give off an orangy tint or a terrible smell but this one worked great for me. every skin type is different but i have recomended it to a few people and there hasnt been any bad feedback. i usually shave and really scrub the dead skin away before spraying. i use 2 coats and it looks natural. throw on a pair of old panties or old bathing suite and spray away. its like a can of hairspray so if you do it in a bathroom be sure to keep a window open. i usually have my FI spray the back of me. good luck!

  20. im with Yamille....have him walk down the aisle w 2 ladies on his side. i doubt you will hear complaints from him and NOBODY is going to care bc like the other ladies said--its your day so all eyes will be on you water under the bridge---dont stress!
  21. thats a toughy....i plan on using Claudia only bc of all the wonderful reviews on her. i was looking to save $$ too but in the long run these are pics that we will have FOREVER. its important to me that i can bring them home to show my friends/family who were unable to attend my actual wedding. whats more important to you...variety from Claudia or price and simple pictures from Vanessa? only you know
  22. OMG pudding pops are delicious!!! i may have to run to the store now my FI is SO upset that fannie may stopped making thier fudge balls. he LOVED them!! im a little upset too bc they were so easy to pick up and say "guess what... i got you something" ha ha who dosent like a surprise every now and then off to find me some pudding pops
  23. Im so glad other Brides are doing this too!! question--what did you all wear? here is my situation so i need some advice bare w me i may ramble on.....on the night of my baptism my father and godfather joked about who would be the one to walk me down the aisle. well yrs later who would have thought my parents would have been divorced (i was 9) i dont really talk to my father so it was just a given that my godfather would be the one to give me away. well here is where it gets tricky--my godfather and his wife are not able to make it to MX. my aunt is afriad to fly so i was going to do the legal cermony here where he would be able to give me away at our cultural center in Chi. <- its similar to city hall but a tad nicer...it would only be our parents, my aunt & uncle (godfather) and my FI grandfather who will also not be able to make it to MX due to his health. SOOOO do i wear a nice dress or just something simple but still white? part of me wants to do a simple dress and a veil to give my godfather the "giving me away" feeling. i will NOT be wearing a veil in MX so part of me is liek wear it to say i had one but then again i think it would be a bit much for tryign to keep it simple. ANOTHER concern of mine is my FI not having the same feelign in MX since it has already been done once. uuuggggh im so confused!! one day im like lets just do the cultural center small (stated above) and do a nice luncheon after. then the next im like screw it we (my FI & I) will just go to city hall sign the paper and call it a day. we can show those (godfather and grandfather) the video when we get back. i have a huge family and although they are all invited to MX i know already that majority of them will not come. i am fine w them not being there, but i am worried they will want to come to the small cermony in Chi when it is supposed ot be just to please mt godfather and his grandfather. i can already see this backfiring on me and its over a yr away!!! what do you all think? am i the only one w this problem i have a terrible time just doing what i want-i always take others into consideration before myself. Please help!!!
